At HerEverydayWear, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to feel confident when shopping for your everyday denim and casual styles.

We offer a 30-day return and refund window with free returns, subject to the terms below. If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a standard return, your item should be:

Unworn and unused.
In its original condition.
Free from stains, damage, washing, alterations, or excessive wear.
Returned with original tags, where applicable, and original packaging where reasonably available.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are handled separately under our issue-resolution process.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, contact us before sending it back.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email support@HerEverydayWear.store with the following information:

Your order number.
The name of the item you wish to return.
The reason for your return.
Photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions, including the appropriate return method and destination.

Please do not send items to an address other than the return destination authorized by our support team. Our business correspondence address is not automatically the return warehouse address.

3. Free Returns

HerEverydayWear offers free returns for eligible orders within the 30-day return window.

When a return is approved, we will explain the available return method. Where a prepaid label or another company-arranged return method is provided, follow the instructions supplied by our team.

Customers should contact us before purchasing their own return shipping label. We cannot guarantee reimbursement for return postage purchased without prior authorization.

We will not charge a return fee for an eligible return processed in accordance with our instructions.

4. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be available when:

You return an eligible item within the return window.
Your order arrives damaged or defective.
You receive an incorrect item.
Your order qualifies for a refund under applicable consumer protection laws or our other policies.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and supporting photographs where possible. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a refund, replacement, or another appropriate remedy.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received or the return has otherwise been verified, we will review the request and notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed upon or required by law.

After the refund is issued, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account. Processing times vary by provider.

If you have not received an expected refund, please first check your payment account and contact your payment provider. If the refund still cannot be located, email support@HerEverydayWear.store.

6. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free worldwide at HerEverydayWear.

Eligible returns are also free when arranged in accordance with our return instructions. We do not intend for customers to incur return shipping charges for approved, eligible returns.

Where an order includes a separately agreed service or charge, any refund treatment will be explained to the customer and handled in accordance with applicable law.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at support@HerEverydayWear.store.

Please include:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging, if available.

We will review the information and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution. You will not be required to treat an item that arrived damaged or incorrect as an ordinary change-of-mind return.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact our support team.

An exchange may depend on stock availability. If a direct exchange is unavailable, we can explain the available return and repurchase options.

Eligible returns remain free when processed under our return instructions.

9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you may need to follow our return procedure after delivery.

This section does not restrict any cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

10. International Returns

We welcome eligible returns from customers worldwide.

Because return arrangements may differ by destination, please contact us before shipping an international return. We will provide the applicable instructions and explain how to return the item without a return shipping charge.

Customers should not independently ship a return until the destination and method have been confirmed.

This policy is intended to explain our standard return and refund process. It does not exclude, restrict, or replace any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
